Register: Camp Create

If you’d like to register for any of the upcoming Camp Create Summer Day Camps, or the Screen Printing Workshop, please use the form below. You can register for as many as you’d like using one form per child. Once you submit the form below, you can send payment using the method you chose on the form. If you chose Venmo, you can send payment to: @veronica-deluca, or you can send payment using zelle to my account using phone number 714-225-4532, or email ms.vdleuca@gmail.com. Once payment is received, I’ll send you a confirmation email and your spot is officially saved!
